I think it was one of the standard options on series landies.
I have a 2A shorty that I ground up rebuilt myself. I want to drive around without the top on but would like to build a rag top type ute cover. Has anybody done this type of Mod. No use reinventing the wheel.
I will post some pictures of the build but I must warn you during the build I developed a paint fetish so the underside of the landy is many colors.
I think it was one of the standard options on series landies.
is this the sort of thing you mean? I have one practically new that I won't be needing, but I don't have the sticks and hoops for it. PM me if you'd like to chat.
Like the one on the right?
do you mean instead of the ute cab that you can see in the photo above in the middle you would have one out of canvas?
or do you mean that instead of a torno cover you would have one like that but out of canvas or something else?
If you are talking about a canvas replacement for the normal hard ute cab they do exist as I have one, shipped it from the UK, I am Considering getting it copied as I have canvas contacts overseas, this however means the demise of the original one so still in 2 minds.
I could get it out and take some photos if you like?
