Thread: Hep with whats missing

Hi every one,

I know i am missing a piece here on the handbrake lever, question is whats missing and where do i get the piece from????

i have tried google and the work shop manual but to no avail

Parts book is what you need. I recommend the "Rave CD". See 'Shop" in the page header.

But try this. As to where you get it - try any of the regular suppliers, but you may have to get a S/H one. Probably be someone on here who can part with one. (complete lever that is - as you can see, there are a number of bits missing. Most could be made in pretty near any workshop, but the ratchet claw itself is hardened and heat treatment is fairly critical - you don't want the handbrake letting go unexpectedly.
