    I was going to suggest a new battery, as I had the same thing.

    I changed leads, changed starter motors, and even some old battery's that I thought might be OK. Slow weak cranking, and almost impossible to start.

    Popped in a new battery, and she spins like a madman, and fires up straight away

    we beleave it was a bad starter as i needed new leads and battery anyway
