Sure it is not a snapped axle?

If he is sure it is the transfer case and sure the lever is fully engaging (remove tranfer lever boot), then it is time to drain the oil and drop the t-case pan for a look.

It seems the rear long axle is snapped again too.
Mal didnt do the damage,the van was used without his consent whilst he was in hospital having open heart surgery.
He says he is going to chase them for damages,told him he is wasting his time.
He isnt a happy chappy.
