    2a lockers

    Hi all, wondering where I can get lockers for my 2a. I have rover diff in front, 10 spline, 4.7 ratio, and Salisbury in rear 4.7 ratio. Would like some opinions also as to weather to get air lockers or mechanical lockers or e lockers. Im having trouble locating a locker to suit the older rover diffs 10 spline, 4.7 ratio. I do have a set of 24 spline front axles if need be. Thanks for any info in advance.

    You can get a Detroit Locker for the rear.
    You can probably get Hytuff to cut some new axles with 24 splines at the diff to suit Ashcroft and other air lockers. The Ashcroft locker has a spacer ring for the 4.7 ratio crownwheel, other lockers designed for 3.54s will be the same I would expect.

    Or if you keep your eye on ebay and the markets, Jac Mac bolt action lockers come up occasionally.

    Have seen a hilux diff mod that looked pretty good. I think there was minimal mods to Lr diff housing, with machined axles to suit. Plus is you then have a common diff and heaps of after market parts. I think the diff ratios are available similar to Lr ratios.
