    Series IIa sidelights & indicators

Are these corect for a 1965 UK built vehicle ?
I haven't seen this shape before.

One of the indicator lenses has faded, I remember seeing on sale somewhere a 'paint' for re-colouring faded indicator lenses. I'm guessing I'll have to try Autobarn/Supercheap etc.

    S3?

They look like the standard 'Lucas' units from a later S2A or S3 (but not the tail light).

    Cheers,

    Cheers,
I've seen the tail light before.
Somewhere on the net I found a breakdown of all the different lights used.
From memory there was Lucas, Wipac and Sparto.

Just found some info, looks like Sparto.

Yes, that was why I restricted it to the later S2a and not S3.

They look like the Sparto ones, very rare over here, best chance would be ex-UK Paddocks or John Craddock,or Pangolin, now that Kevin Baker has retired.

Stop tail look like Spartos,or possibly Wipac.

    cheers

Kev Baker has not retired fully he is working for a guy im Melbourne who Kev says has the largest colection of Lucas parts in Australia. He works for him one day a week & then takes boxes of parts home to identify them & takes them back the next week.
Kev's contact number is (03)94401535, he just asks that you call before 8.30 PM
