Bought another Landy - Series 2A - this time LWB

					Hi All

After just starting the restoration of the Series 2 SWB, during a hunt for parts, I found a Series 2A LWB for sale.

The vehicle has apparently been in a barn for 30 years. I decided to buy it, hoping it was in original condition.

Attached is 2 Photo's of it in the seller's barn and a photo on delivery.

Prior to arriving at my place I had 4WD Industries at Maitland do a small amount of work to get it going again. Amazing they were able to get it to turn over and so I got them to add a new battery, drain the fuel tank (which wasn't rusted) , add a new fuel pump, do an oil change and replace the clutch cylinders.

After this work, we got it going last weekend and were able to do an encouraging test drive.

The vehicle is complete and has a few extra's like hand throttle and air warmer.

After being in the back of the barn for a long time, it has cleaned up relatively well and seems to have no rust. I will load up a few photo's soon.

 Cheers
 Angus
