Thread: Can't find 3rd gear

Gents,
Matilda the '63 88' has got issues.
I am having trouble getting 3rd when changing down from 4th. 2nd to third is fine, no crunching, but it wont go into gear coming back down. Often wont go back into 4th either, just sits in the neutral position. Normally have to roll along and then grab second, them it will go back to 3rd fine, and 4th. It is the majority of the time, sometimes with a few double shuffles it will go.

Ideas and what to look for appreciated.
