I had come up with the same question and presumed mine was a midish 1965, based on a few details.
I have just picked up my rims from the sandblasted (a bit pitted around the valve stem so I may need tubes) and found each one has a date stamp.
All rims have the same date and as the vehicle has not been messed with I am presuming that they are original.
Date stamped October 64 - so I guess my mid 65 could still be good - but certainly not before that late 1964.
Just thought I’d share.

Most rims are date stamped but it seems your vehicle might have the original rims.
I think a couple of my Dormobile rims are stamped 65 but others were from the 70's so some have been changed. Originals riveted together later ones welded.
The rims are designed for tubed tyres although a lot of people run tubless.
