looks good to me.
As long as inside tolerances, will be ok.

SupporterHi guys. I hope everyone’s had a good Easter!
I’ve had a big weekend dismantling my transfer case and now have it cleaned and apart. Id like to consult the brains trust... I must say it all looked a lot better than I expected. I’ve measured the end floats on the intermediate shaft and the output shaft. Both are .008 which is the higher end of the normal limit.
Im going to replace any seals and the output shaft bearings.
my main question is regarding the teeth on the high gear which engage with the inside of the low gear. They definitely appear to have some wear (having said that, I’ve never seen a brand new one). They appear to have wear on both the drive side and the reverse side with a small shoulder appearing...

The corresponding inside teeth on the low speed gear have a tiny amount of wear (no visible shoulder but I can just feel with fingernail) which is probably about half of the wear of the high speed teeth.
just wanted to know if anyone with experience here if I should be replacing either both or one or none of these items or am I being too pedantic?

No issues on that tooth wear.
