Thread: Exhaust Extractors

Hi...

I’m at the point of installing an entire exhaust system.
I have the original early swan neck manifold that has had it....it’s warped and has several cracks.
I figure if I’m not staying with the original, I may as well put extractors on it, if it’s an improvement. I’ve tracked down “Wildcat” extractors for $299. These have a 2” outlet. Does anyone know if the rest of the exhaust can just be the off the shelf parts, or does that just take away any advantage of having the extractors? In which case, I’ll look at just putting on the 2A exhaust manifold, or fabricating a 2” exhaust system (which I have absolutely no experience doing)
