Seats remained the same for series 2/2a/3 long and short, except:-
Adjustable driver seats became optional somewhere about 1965, were standard (I think) on station wagons from the start. Became standard on at least Australian built late Series 3 lwb. The driver's cushion on these is slightly smaller, but the standard cushion can be made to fit by putting wooden chocks on it. They were never factory fitted except to the driver's seat. Other seat positions have a simple top hat rail with the bracket for the back welded to it, and bolted to the seat box.
High back seats became optional on later Series 3, and again, became standard on very late Australian built lwb Series 3.
Note that the middle cushion and back are narrower than the left and right.
Best bet for the seat fittings is probably second hand - there must be hundreds of them lying round. Cushions and backs can be bought new.
