    For Australian assembled vehicles it is usually on the LHS rear spring shackle bracket. On U.K. built vehicles it is usually on the RHS front spring hanger.

    Take your wire brush and a torch.

    went out today and took it for a drive found out the back axle is buggered. dad had a salisbury diff in the shed that a bloke gave him when he bought a wrecked series III for the chassis. so me and a mate are putting that in today and tomorrow. anyway have any tips on anything we need to know?

    by the way just confirming that number on that plate is the vehicle number and it is 24305923B i didnt get a chance to look for the chassis number because i couldnt remember where u said i would find it. going out to finish off the new diff tomorrow so ill look then
