S2 Friendly engineer in Vic.
I need a Victorian RWC for Club Reg and as a result I need an engineers certificate for the Holden 186 fitted!
It is a stipulation of our club that the Red Plate application must be accompanied by a RWC.
My RWC mechanic did plead with Vicroads and pointed out that it was a standard type of conversion at the time but they wouldn't have a bar of it.
Wondering if anyone knew of a S2 friendly engineer in Vic, preferably Northern Suburbs Melbourne but I will travel within Vic for the right person.
Thanks

Was the vehicle previously registered with the holden engine?
I will be heading down the same path with my 107" soon. I was told that if it was previously registered with the holden donk then a engineer is not required.

Unfortunately Paul no it wasn't.
The guy never advised Vicroads.
Not sure about validity of having it registered as a 186 and engine number change before
