UES have got back to me. They are known as "Dish Handles" They are listed as part 4212/707 (for keyed alike)
"HANDLE REC IN DISH A/BLK LKG KEY 64001" $42.90 AUS each.
They have two in stock with more in stock in the Eastern States of Australia.
