Bonnet spare wheel holder - what is the thread size?

Does anyone know the thread size/spec for the bolts that hold the spare wheel to the bonnet on a series 3 standard spare wheel holder? I have the fittings, just missing the bolts and need to know how long they have to be as well as the thread. Far easier than pulling it off the bonnet.

G'day mate,

My series 2 had a spare tyre bracket on i'ts bonnet, I had to clean out the thread on it....
I took one of the bolts into a tool shop and wailked away with a *1/2 BSF 16* tapper. I'm not really sure what this means or if the bolt is the same for the series 3?
