Thread: Land Rover Reversing Lights

Hi All,

Just to let people know that I found some new Reversing Lights (Complete assemblies) and just the lenses for the light units. Out of curiosity, I removed one of the lights from one of my Landies to find that they are made by Lucas in England. Lucas L691 Clear Side Lamp. (They had various numbers on them - Lucas L691/L692, L794/L795 England, P251 21W) So I did a search for Lucas L691 and found these. It took 6 months from a local suppiler, only to tell me they are no longer available. The ones that I found are available either the whole assembly (When they get more, as I got the last ones), or just the lenses.

This should help others, if they need them.. (As I was always told that one can't get them, as they are not made any more... What rubbish )

Well, the Reverse lights arrived today.. And they are identical to the originals and they fit perrrfectly... Here are some photos of the old and new..
