    Gearbox ID

    I have cleaned 32 years of dirt etc from the gearbox on the S3 this no is on the transfer case 90383319B,this one is on the gearbox right side down low FRC1809KI which one identifies it my other one has a no top back of gearbox as well as transbox cheers

    The important part is the Suffix ( B ). Unfortunately I recall the suffix A and B series 3 boxes were not particularly strong/reliable.
