I doubt you'll get them much cheaper than the UK unless you can find NOS.

Autosparks list them in the UK Main, Engine & Chassis Harnesses, Autosparks, World leading supplier of classic car wiring looms
I'm sure the other LR supplers have them also but not sure who makes them.

Here there is Vinwire, but they don't list a Series III harness. Scotts Old Auto rubbers list harnesses but again no Series III.

If you find a low cost supplier I'm in the market for a Series II LWB harness......
