Series 3 pulley replacement
Hello,
Getting a '75 series 3 petrol ready for its first rego in quite some time, and we've discovered that the pulley for the crankshaft no longer has the dog on it for a crank handle. Now, I picked up a 73 model for spare parts (seemed easiest) and it does still have the dog on it. Is there a comprehensive guide on how to properly remove and replace the pulley so I can use the dogged one?

Hi, presuming its a 4 cyl, all u need do is bend back the locking tab on the crankshaft dog bolt and undo it. Could be very tight. Make sure u retighten as much as possible, rebend lock tab. U should really replace the lock tab but reuse if u cant get one.
Cheers Rod
