They are just ordinary countersunk screws. Take one into a hardware store and match them up.
From what was left of the ones I managed to get out in "one" piece - they look like 12mm self tappers. A trawl of the usual suspects reveals only wood or timber options for this size. Does anyone know where I can lay my hands on some please?

further : I didn't look hard enough ! AC606041L by the looks of it. Paddocks do them.

Try a boat chandler- No.6 by 1/2" stainless self tapper
Try a 'bolt shop'.
I think I paid about $8 for 200 st/st screws.
