I got a 'kit' from the UK some time ago, the bearings were 'no name' but it did come with all the springs, seals & lock washers etc.
From memory the seal between the gearbox & transfer box was originally double lipped but difficult to replace so a single lip seal tends to be supplied.
Some bearings/seals you'll be able to get at a bearing stockist some will be specials, there were a couple of lists of bearings on the forum somewhere.
You might need synchro rings.
Here's the kit I got PSK 1024 REP - Overhaul Kit, Series 3 Gearbox, Replacement specification
When I stripped my box, true to the PO's word, it had been reconditioned so only a couple of springs & one bearing had to be changed, details in my C240 thread.
Some info here Series Gearbox ID including a list of 2a gearbox bearing numbers.
