Thread: Brake lines layout

Hi There,
Just trying to figure out the layout of the brake lines for a series 3 88 inch modified. Has a 109 drum brake axel on the front and a standard rear axel. I have two lines come into a T piece, into a flex and then goes forward, land by the steering box.

I have a master cylinder with two outlets, obviously not the standard original master cylinder unit. As shown in the attached picture. Is it as simple as the one closest to the firewall goes to the rear brakes and the front connection goes to the front brakes via another T piece and flexes or is it a tad more complex than this?

I can find various brake line diagrams which give different answers. Being brakes I would prefer to get this right first time.

The setup on my 88" with the standard dual system is that the front brakes are closest to the firewall and the rear is at the front. No guarantee that yours would be the same though unless you know what it came off.
