    Help needed s3

Hi everyone, i have a brand new harness i just got with a job lot of new parts. It is supposed to be s3 harness. It has a part number on a tag..54956647, model a, dated 6 sept 1974. I only have an optional parts book not a proper s3 parts book here. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what exactly i have here please.

    Cheers Rod

Can't see that part number in the parts book.
Most part numbers starting with '5' seem to be 6 digits. Searched the net with no luck.

Part numbers here but not yours.....

Ive sent them an email with the part no. See if they can shed some light on it. Is it possible it could be an aust military harness? Its definatly got dash globes on it and other bits.

Hi Dark61, its what looks like a complete wiring loom for the dash and engine bay for a s3. I would like to know which s3 so i can sell it without trying to rip anyone off saying that it is something that its not. It looks to be complete. Im not sure on what exactly it fits but it is s3 im sure of that much.

    Cheers Rod

oh OK - apologies , I thought you had a query over a part of a loom you were trying to fit ie you had a connect but wasn't sure what it was where it went etc. I have a 74 109 so thought I might be able to narrow t down for you. Good luck with it.
    cheers,
