    Door Trims

Rego is due on Monday. Ser 3 88.

today job was to repair the drivers door, material hanging of the Masonite.

Purchased some marine vinal to match that used for the driver seat and a sheet of custom wood. carefully cut it out and test fitted. Then glue and staple the vinal on the wrong side.

Step 2 modify door card now to fit the left and start again.

best bit I now have 2 trims the same colour and a bit left over for the other seats.

Next job was floor covering. I purchased from Clark thicker version of the original grooved mat. 2 meters. after cutting out the 2 front mats and adding a bit to the bulkhead for noise and workboot reasons the left over covered the rear tub floor.

I also fitted 2 110 mirrors to replace the wing mirrors.

110 mirrors mounted to the bulkhead much easier to use without blocking the view. they also can be folded in.
