Almost ready for road safety certificate... still need some advice.

    Hi folks...

    I have two questions:
    - if a window rubber is holding the window in, only just will that be an issue?
    - if you look at the door closed picture, the door sticks out like dog ....ls, the door closes secure it is more an eustatic thing really.

    Ok more questions...

Where can I find a rubber for this type of window. Looked around but cannot find it. It is for a long wheel base series 3 (two doors).

    Thanks so much...

The rubber is at least sometimes available from Clark Rubber, and specialist Landrovers companies (not dealers) usually can supply it. It is not cheap!

Provided the door is secure and the lock catches reliably on frist and second catches, this should not be an issue. But I would be investigating why it is that bad - should be possible to do better than that. I suspect it has non-original door seals that are too thick.
