Hello to everyone i have finally got the V8 engine running, i still have a few tuning issues and need help with the emission piping. This vehicle was running on gas when we purchased it and all the pollution hoses had been either plugged or routed to the air filter housing which was not original. I have sourced an air filter housing and would like either a drawing or instructions on where each component goes. The car has the original charcoal canister with the letters "T", "P", "C" on the top surface. I believe "T" is for a vent to the fuel tank but i am unsure of the other two. I know the rocker covers have flame traps and that they need to go to the inlet manifold but is there a PCV valve required and if so where does it go. I believe a hose needs to come from the inlet system to the canister to create a vacuum for the fuel vapour and think that should go to "C" but cant work out where to connect it on the inlet system. "P" i don't know what that is and if it is required for a roadworthy.
Hoping someone can assist regards Gippy
