LWB were 16 gallons, SWB 10 gallons.
Please help me before I go insane.
Did early 6 cyl LWB (not S/wagon) have larger fuel tanks than the 4 cyl models?
I seem to recall that they did.
Looking at the tank sideways when installed, I think they looked like an "L" shape with the extra section at the front, whereas the 4 cyl simply had a a "square" shape with no extra section at the front.
Am I correct or dreaming?

I've had a couple of SWB's with 16gallon tanks.
I had a spare but sold it some years back, I think it came from Four Wheel Drives (now long gone).
Series 16 gallon tanks
Here's one original & one aftermarket by the look of it.
