You would have to look at the maximum recommended flow rate for them (I don't know where you would get this!) - the 200/300 Tdi process a lot more air than the Series engines thanks to the turbo. Since the original aircleaner was fitted to a 1.6 litre engine and was unchanged for the 2, 2.25 and 2.6l petrol engines and the 2.25 diesel, I would wonder how much spare leeway there was for increased flow.
