Reverse Light
G'day guys,
I have to wire up the reverse light to get a road worthy it has not been wired up before.
Anybody know where i would connect the wires at the other end? (i.e is it on the transmission or somewhere else)
I have just finished hooking up the park lights. i have a copy of the wiring diagram however i don't know what bit the wiring diagram refers to..
Cheers

Run a wire from an ignition feed after the fuse to the switch at the base of the gearstick. This switch is identical to the brake light switch on boosted Series 3s. It's a brass unit, and turns on when pressed, and it is still readily available. It does tend to seize up when not used for long periods. Another wire then goes from here to the reverse lights.
I set up the same system from scratch in my 2a.
