Best quality would be a recore from a radiator place using the original style core (horizontal fins).

Cheapest option is an aftermarket one from FWD (yeerongpilly) or similar. I bought one of these (new) from the 4x4 place at brendale in about 1996 and it is still going fine.

IRC the prices (back in 1996 were)
    Recore using original fins ($500-600)
    Recore using zig-zag fins ($400-450)
    New Cheapie ($300)

I bought a new Britpart* S3 radiator/4 cylinder for $350 from GaryCLR in Sydney. This was about 2 weeks ago.
He advertises a lot on ebay.
    Hope that helps,
    Mark

*I think it was Britpart, I picked it up rather than posted so left him with the packaging.

Mate, don't throw the old one out. I had a big cleanup of our yard and found some old dead rads which I took to the scrappy, and bugger me, $15 ea. would have got more if the bracketry had been removed. Good swap I thought. Bought me a box of beer! Maybe you could 'swap'...., for vinno etc.

    cheers

I got a New Radiator for a mate of mine around 6 months ago from FWD (yeerongpilly). It was around $200.
