    Dashed

Hey guys, having sorted out the cutting out issue on the shorty, I've moved onto the next challenge - the dash. The only gauge that works is the fuel gauge. All the fuses are fine, but was unable to investigate any wiring further as when it tried to take the instrument panel out, it would only come part the way out before meeting solid resitance...after 15 minute playing around, I decided to put it back in rather than rip it out and risk breaking something.

The only gauge I'm really worried about is the temp gauge, as it's pretty unlikely she'll be doing more than the speed limit.

Am considering putting in a new/seperate temp gauge just in case...

It would be the speedo cable stopping you pulling the dash futher out.

It could be a numbe of things gauge, wiring, voltage reg (unlikely as the fuel gauge still works) or the sender itself.

Check to see if sender has a good solid contact with the wire and even check the wire with a multimeter

If there all good check to see if the gauge is working properly

Ahhh, speedo cable, good call will have to investigate. That may have something to do with the speedo not working as well.

Where do i find the sender for the temp gauge?
