Thread: Carburetors

Hi All
Does any one know if these Zenith copy carbs are any good? I put a new kit in the original but seems to over fuel at idle which indicates it's letting air in which is a common issue as they warp.When I got the Rover it had a Stromberg on it but they seem to be to tall for air cleaner etc.A new Zenith is $500 plus, copy around $100.I am trying to keep it original.What do you have on your S3?

I gave mine away - couldn't get the engine to idle unless I had full choke. Reinstalled the original that still has a spindle leak and no more problems.
