    Intermediate Gear Bearings

While looking through my stuff I found these. They appear to fit a shaft about 1 and 5/8 ''. I've only got S1 and 2 shafts which are smaller. Any idea what they fit ? They appear to be in useable condition. .W.

Series 3 have a bigger diameter intermediate shaft.
Usually they are plastic caged so I guess yours are older and/or OEM ?

The change was during Series 2A production between chassis suffix A and B. (But since the boxes are interchangeable from 1950 to end Series 3 production, check what you actually have!)

they are later 2A and 3 bearings, later three bearings had a plastic cage,

pack em in grease, put em in a bit of PVC pipe and cap both ends with a label affixed.
