Thread: Series to 300tdi Conversion Kit

It's Sunday, it's raining and I am a wee bit bored. Time to go online and plan for a the event when both money, time and being able to see properly align - I am sure it will happen one day....

Anyway, I came across this site about a Series to 300tdi conversion kit that was advertised online. I have no connections to the manufacturer. The kit does seem like it solves a number of issues from my naive non automotive engineer perspective.

What do people who have travelled down the Series 3 or 2A conversion to a 300tdi think?

I presume not too different to shoehorning in a 200tdi. The challenge comes when trying to put it into an 88 which requires a bit of surgery.
