Usually the globe socket just pushes into the tube holder. Just pull it out and unscrew the globe and screw in another one and push it back in again. U obviously have to remove the speedo first. Which means u have to remove the dash plate on a s1 s2 s2a metal dash, and the whole dash cluster assy after removing the steering column covers, on a s3 plastic dash, carefully so u dont break it. Have fun.

    Cheers Rod

I had to gently twist the globe holder, with a pair of pliers before mine came out.
Was a bit of rust holding them.
Taking off the steering wheel will help with the dash removal, as you wont have to twist things to get to the back, where the globes are.
Local Auto shop will probably have the globes.
