Did you wind the snail cams tight before bleeding???
If not wind them tight,re-bleed then back them off enough to allow the wheel to turn.
See if that works.

One for the brains trust.
playing with Berts brakes.
The Brake cylinders have been stripped and cleaned.
New brake shoes, and springs where needed.
this system is flushed with new fluid and I have good peddle pressure.
The problem is, The front brakes dont seem to release, and seem to bind up.
I stripped it all down and released the pressure at the cylinder, which seemed to help. But next press of the peddle the bind up again.
The Back all works ok, just the front.
Thinking it maybe the rubber brakes line collapsing, I put the new ones from Gilbert, onto Bert.
This didn't really help.
So I pulled them apart and checked the pipe sections for blockage, but all clear.
The fact the rear ones work ok, makes me think its not the Master cylinder.
So I am a bit stumped.
The pressure seems to pump up the front two, ok but then doesn't release.
same forward or backward.
Any ideas please.
Its a single system.
Thanks

All done
discovered the master cylinder was sticking about 2mm short of where it should, not allowing the fluid back into reservoir, so acting as non return valve.
Now checking for air in the rear brakes, as they 'appeared' to be working ok.
Thanks for the replies.
