    Shockie split pin removal.

    Hi,
Sure I saw a home made tool for split pin removal, on a post.
The tool is for use for a G clamp I think.
    Anyone has the link please.
    Thanks

I used to just use a pair of over centre pliers and tapped them on with a hammer to unload the split pin.

    Shockies out.
Are the original ones single or double oil dampened.
3 seen to push together with little effort. But quite a bit of effort to pull apart.
One in and out with out much effort.
What have you used for replacements of the original type.
    Thanks
