Do you mean the glass or the frame? Glass bolts straight in, but the frame is different. The hinge arrangement is different so I would imagine this would need to be changed, but not sure if it's worth it or easier to find the correct frame.
Can a series 11 windscreen be modified to fit a series 3 ????
Thanks

I assume you mean the frame (the glass is the same for both).
The only significant differences between the two are the hinge arrangement and the holes for the wiper shafts (Series 2 and 2a up to 1967).
The change would involve cutting off the hinges, and fitting Series 3 hinges, and blocking the wiper holes if necessary. This would certainly be possible, but to do a good job of it would involve stripping the glass and regalvanising the frame.
The question is - why do it? There were a lot more Series 3 made than Series 2, so there should be plenty of Series 3 windscreens about - including one in my shed (which I am not particularly anxious to get rid of - the glass in it represents the spare glass for my 2a!).

I was thinking it would be easier to change windscreen, one with shark tooth, one without.
Changing from hard top to soft would be an easy swap of screens.
I have a spare S11 I grabbed just for the glass.
Just a thought, thanks for the replies.
