AYG 8038 vs AYG 8108 wheel offsets?

Can anyone advise me on what the wheel offsets are between the AYG 8038 and AYG 8108 wheels? I know the AYG 8108 wheels are 6" wide (vs 5.5" for the AYG 8308 wheels) but are they the same offset or is the extra 0.5" on the outside of the wheel??

I have 2x AYG 8308 on my 86" on the front and am after a couple more for the rear. They are proving hard to source and AYG 8108 wheels are much more plentiful. I don't want to use them though if they are wider on the inside of the wheel so would reduce turning angles against the leaf springs...

    Cheers,

    Cheers,
I have a couple of them but won't be able to check until the weekend when I get home. If you haven't got an answer by then I will measure them up and let you know.............Brian

Here's a couple of photos of the offsets. The 58mm is the 8108 and the 43mm is the 8038. That's measured from the top of the reinforced band in between the stud holes to the out rim edge.ayg8018 and 8038 rim offsets 002.jpgayg8018 and 8038 rim offsets 004.jpg

Thanks Brian. It looks like they put the additional 1/2" width on the 8108s on the inside of the rim (which I suppose makes sense to preserve the outer width to guards etc.

    Many thanks.
    Cheers Chris.
