I shouldn't think so. I have a workshop trailer which is similar to the back end of the workshop vehicle. The height at the sides is different to standard as is the attachment points. The roof area is probably identical, however.

Workshop is different at the rear, no tub like a Series IIa or III
Picture below is without the bows for the rear canopy.

I can't see the rear of the one you are looking at, has it been modified ?? You might be able to fit a single cab.

There were several Workshop variants so boxes might be original ?
Standard canopy won't fit.
There was someone who made military canopies, not sure if he's still making them though.
Workshop canopy was expensive, years back I paid about $1,300 for a IIa GS canopy and the Workshop has a lot more canvas plus you need poles etc.
Series single cab or maybe a canvas single cab if it's going to be under cover most of the time. You could also consider someone making a one-off canopy but that sounds expensive.

Would love a workshop...it’s the only series I’d own.
Didn’t really get to drive them as the GMV was being introduced into service.
Did hoon around in the 1 Sig workshop, the greaser gave her a few mods, Holley carbie was one, not sure what else.
As the owner of 178058 1971 Wksp rover-auto repair......grab it.It has everything other than canvas(mine also has the rear infills). There were only 40 made, keep it as origional as possible.Cheers Hallsy.
