You'll probably have to find someone parting a vehicle out to get the glass, unfortunately that doesn't happen that often nowadays. Maybe there is someone removing a hardtop to fit a ragtop.
With the part numbers you might be able to find it in the UK but shipping costs are extortionate at the moment plus you can't insure glass being shipped.

Put a wanted advert in Marketplace on this forum.

The rubber is easy.....any supplier of rubber extrusions would have a suitable seal and locking strip. You also need a tool to insert the locking strip.
I'll have to see if I can find part numbers for what I purchased last time.

There are a couple of online rubber suppliers.

    Best of luck,

I recently got a quote for the rear passenger door glass and it was $158.00 for the two pieces.

I'm fitting Rocky Mountain channel to the doors but the original glass is too big, Any good glazing company should be able to help

A further problem is that side glass was not usual on UK Series Landrovers (for tax reasons), which greatly reduces the market for them, and hence the sources.

    manufactured glass

    Eddie Walewicz Glass

Eddie Walewicz Glass from Fyshwick actually manufactured a sliding side window for my S3 station wagon, toughened glass with a hole in it for the locking bracket. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't crazy expensive either.
I found him from a recommendation on this website.

    Cheers,
    Mike.

Glass 4 Classics | New Car Class | Vintage Veteran Classic

Glass 4 Classics have made all the glass for my last few restorations . Laminated, toughened, curved , whatever you want. If Most common glass is in stock, otherwise they make it onsite, clear , green or grey too. and has required watermark etched. They have a variety rubbers in stock. Prices are very reasonable too , much cheaper than you would expect.

Truck cab LHS glass pane needed asap

    Hello from Brisbane.

Sod’s Law struck big time here this past week.

I went to refit the quarter panes in my Series 3 truck cab rear panel and found that one of the original rubbers had a small split inside the lip preventing it from fully sealing. This set off a multi-day search across this city for replacement rubber including all of the usual suspects. Clark Rubber had a similar profile but the filler strip they sell simply doesn’t fit. Found some at another place on the opposite side of the city and it was meant for a thicker class panel. So the fruitless search went on.

Long story short - late yesterday I found the right profile at another glass fitting outlet and had the two quarter panels refitted and it looked great. Job done.

Not quite - I went to unload the panel from my wagon this morning only to find the LHS pane totally shattered. It had been wrapped in a doona and not been hit with anything getting it in or in transit. So, it must have simply broken under the pressure of the new seal. Whatever, I don’t think I can seek redress from the fitters as it was old glass and I supplied it and I will need a “new” glass before asking to have it fixed.

So, I’m looking for a replacement LHS pane ASAP. I’m pretty sure that the quarter panes are handed.

    Can anyone help?

    Cheers,

    Neil
