    The only way i eat Barra is fillets on the barby with butter lemon and cracked pepper. O and a coldie in hand.

    X2. I agree, barra is best on a bbq. I like to cut it up into cube sized pieces, hot plate,bit of olive oil and lemon and pepper. Melts in the mouth......Brian

    Right on Bearman. I'm a lemon pepper fan from way back, although nowdays I've gotton onto a lemon pepper from an indian spice shop called Kumari, in Geebung (brisbanes northside).

    Their lemon pepper is absolutely killer. They have a hint of chilli in it as well which turns fillets into pure gold when dusted both sides and thrown on the barbie.

    mmmmmmmm.
