It is always interesting to find a name usualy under a few layers of paint.
I was cleaning the 80"guards " I just can't call them wings".
Sometimes you will find 1 or even 2 other names underneath.
The name underneath looks like it was from the old wool bail stencil in black.

Mendooran is on the road between Gilgandra and Dunedoo, perhaps if you contact the Post Office you may find out if the property still exists and is still in the same family.
You may find all sorts of information.
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
On the subject of names

i took another one.
It came on a well travelled 80" that was completley worn out .

How lucky would you be getting close serial numbers
26661044 - No engine

And 26661042 - Build No 17717.
Engine No26110096 - Gearbox No 26110095.
