    Puma timing

    Just enquiring, I know the 300tdi has a timing belt that can cause trouble. Does the Puma engine have a timing belt or chain? What is the change over kls if a belt. After owning a series 11a for years and then a Defender 300tdi, which I had to sell as we were out of that scene, growing old!! I now find my self in a position of taking off again, with the Defender I have lost all the latest changes in the vehicle. Is the 2.4, besides the electrics any better than the 300tdi. Would be grateful for any feed back.
