the new Canon Rebel T3i (EOS 600D) has been announced with the introduction of the new designed 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 IS II lens kit.

Has anyone bought / used one of these 600d EOS Canon's yet?

I have been looking around on the internet and there seems to be very little between the 550 and the 600, with the 500d not far behind.

Just wondered if anyone had any first hand experience of them. I liked the idea of the 600 as it is the newest model of the 3.

Would make a massive improvement over my happy snaps powershot!

Well the family dished me up with a EOS 500D recently.......

My pics are a lot better but I do not think I am cut out for the uni course needed to use the darn things.

It is set on auto and there it probably will stay..............

And then they tell me I can take movies with it

And what on earth has an fstop got to do with it all or AWB for that matter.........
