posting photos, almost there, assistance needed

Have read the threads, printed out the excellent instructions from Jock, but I think the system has been upgraded since they were posted. I have managed to put the photos in the "gallery" , but just can't get them onto the forum. Could anyone please help? , [ use the " kiss" principle, my brain hurts] thank you, Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Open the photo in the gallery and you will see a pile of text and wide boxes below the image. Copy all the text from the box next to the heading Medium Image (the text will start with ). Paste that text into the body of the message where you want to put the photo.

If you are on photobucket it is easy, first load your photos, (fairly easy they give detailed instruction....however if still need help with this...give us a hoy!) once your photos are on go to the photo you want to post on to this forum and place your cursor over the photo. A drop down box appears...go to the last one it will say IMG CODE.......left click the code and it will then say that it has been copied. The go to where you want to post the photo on your post on this forum and place your cursor where you want to post the image and then right click scroll down the drop down box to 'paste' and left click it ...a line of code will appear starting with [IMG] ...once you have save your post the photo will appear....see ....easy .

Now go to it Sunshine and post up heaps of Landy photos

I am going to get killed for this but........

It's not that hard. Once you've learned how, it applies to almost any forum.
