Its a trick question.....
the landrover is facing up hill. you are going nowhere because you are stationary holding the camera to take a very good photo of what appears to be a deefer thats hard up on its left hand side in a set of ruts and is probably hanging the sals.

The Landie is facing uphill, note the wheel marks in front and who would stand in front of a Land Rover if facing down hill to take a photo...

By the look of the Salisbury plough marks, I say...
Uphill, got stuck on diff. Backed off, took photo.
If you got stuck on the Salisbury going downhill, there's no way you could reverse off it, uphill to there.

Going uphill ( & bloody steep too)
Hard to get a pic that shows it. I guess thats why a certain magazine takes side on shots & angles it more for effect, either that or straight trees can grow on an angle.
