Export usually means UK assembled for a market not the UK. The only exception to this is CKD which are also "export" but are assembled outside Solihull. Only about 10% of Land Rovers in Australia were Export, mostly fire engines, forward control and you guessed it Station Wagons.
Without checking anything a suffix H will be 1971 or later.
Rover 6 go back in very easily, however the bottom radiator outlet needs to be swapped to the other side.
What ever you do don't drive the Holden 202 or you will be very underwhelmed with the performance of the Rover 6.
