    blue tooth in puma

    Hi All,

does any one have any experience with sun visor mounted phone blue tooth in a standard 110 puma?

Does the ambient noise affect them badly?

    Thanks
    Mal

I use the blueant type handsfree mounted on the visor and have never had a issue with clarity both hearing and being heard. This is in my 130CC.

I tried one and didn't have great success, in the end I replaced the stereo with a pioneer unit that has bluetooth built in and an external microphone. The audio comes through the speakers so you can really crank it up

Since then haven't had an issue

I use an old Blueant Supertooth III on the visor of a TD5 with no problems so you should be fine in a Puma.

    Bluetooth

I have tried most clip on Bluetooth kits, the blue ant was fine around town but get up around 110km/h or on a rough dirt road and they were hard to hear and be heard. For the cost, $250ish? I think the parrot hardwired kits are hard to fault, I now run parrot kits in my western star trucks and both my pumas, and they have proved to be the best by far.
